Insulation Testing Elite Medical Reusable Insulated Speculums

To ensure the quality of your reusable insulated speculums we suggest testing insulation on the following areas:

• Top & bottom of outer surface of 'duckbill'
• Outer edges & rim of 'duckbill'
• Underside of 'duckbill' excluding the internal channel of the Smoke Tube

 

As per the illustration - there are areas which cannot be insulated with powder coating. Absence of powder coating in these areas will not render the product damaged or faulty.
